When we say less stress, we want to include easy delivery of heavy or cumbersome equipment directly to your event site.  Delivery is provided with quantity items stacked off truck ready for distribution or set up.  Inflatable attractions are completely set up and anchored for operation.  Convenient email reminders are provided to assist in your planning and delivery details.  Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance to the delivery address you provide.  A Bounce at Home representative will also contact you to confirm all last-minute details.  Delivery and pu of equipment are coordinated within 2-hour windows based upon the beginning and end of your rental period during normal hours of operation.  Premium fees apply for late-night, specifically required set up/ removal times, or delivery with excessive handling with steps, distance from the truck, or other special consideration.

You will receive immediate email confirmation for all orders and payment receipts when placing your order.  Online correspondence via emails and online resources are available and you can plan for a Bounce at Home representative to reach out for assistance and final confirmation of your order.  We will assist you to verify orders are correct and errors prior to delivery.

Quantity items such as tables, chairs, and amusement attractions not regulated by State of Ohio and requiring set up by Bounce at Home staff can be picked up during normal business hours.  Transport and care of equipment is the responsibility of the renter and all loads must be properly secured to avoid damage.  We do provide convenient delivery and recommend delivery of large quantity items.  All items are NOT eligible for pick up and material handling becomes the responsibility of renter FOB via our warehouse location 4747 Good Road Delphos, OH 45833. 

Ohio Department of Agriculture Ride Safety Division (614-728-6280) requires annual inspection of all inflatable amusement attractions.  Bounce at Home completes annual licensing and inspection with our parent company UltraSound Special Events Inc.  Insurance requirements are maintained through licensing to ensure compliance with State guidelines.  Bounce at Home also maintains compliance with voluntary industry best practices for operation established by ASTM F2374.
